In order to customize your stay at Sweetwater Farm and provide a relaxing and unique experience, we have a variety of specials which can be added to your reservation. If you have something special in mind that you don't see, ask. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Monday Morning Exclusive

We want to help you start your week off right. Every Monday morning we will be posting a special on our Facebook page. Each special will be available for 48 hours. In order to take advantage of the special, your reservation must be made within the 48 hours of posting time. The special cannot be used on an already existing reservation unless specifically stated.

Military discount

All Active military receive 10% off of our regular weekend rates and 20% off of our regular midweek rates.

Wine savings

We are offering a 20% discount on all Grace Winery wines during your stay at Sweetwater Farm.

Romance Package

Relax with the perfect romantic weekend. When you arrive, be greeted by a bottle of Grace Winery wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and a dozen roses. In the morning, just lay back and wait for breakfast to be served to you in bed. Add $135

Sweet Treat Package

Indulge yourself during your stay with homemade truffles from the kitchen at Sweetwater and a bottle of Grace Winery wine. Perfect for the guest with a sweet tooth. Add $70

Celebration Package

Celebrating an anniversary or birthday? Consider this package which includes a bottle of Grace Winery wine and an individual cake to celebrate your occasion in style. Add $40

Wine Weekend

Start your weekend with a bottle of our very own Grace Winery wine. Then you can traverse the Brandywine Wine Trail with two passports for a tasting at each of the participating wineries with a lovely fruit and cheese plate the Innkeeper’s have prepared for your day. Add $80

Discounted Longwood Gardens tickets can now be purchased. Ask the Innkeeper for details.
