The barn at Grace Winery is a newly renovated 1750s bank barn that is home to our winery, wine tasting room and event space. The beautifully designed rooms serve as the perfect backdrop for a memorable event. A destination wedding

Commit your love amid the towering trees in Sweetwater Woods then celebrate with reception to remember in our beautifully renovated 1750s bank barn, the home of Grace Winery. Take your special day a step further and surround yourself with friends and family for a weekend like no other, away from the hassles of everyday life, at Sweetwater Farm.

Our newly renovated event space can accommodate up to 140 guests (limit of 100 guests December- March). Each season brings a special backdrop for your special occasion, and our Innkeepers will help you create the atmosphere you have always dreamed of, whether formal or casual.

In addition, all of the rooms in the manor house and the cottages at Sweetwater Farm Bed and Breakfast must be reserved for the entire weekend. The rental for these accommodations is $3395/night plus 9% hotel tax. You are free to have your guests reserve and pay for their own rooms; however they must be secured and paid in full one month prior to your event. This includes check-in Friday afternoon and checkout by Sunday noon. A full country breakfast is served to all the guests staying at the Inn.

The site rental fee for an event is:

  • 2013 pricing
  • December - March ∼ $4350 plus 6% tax.
  • April, July, August, November ∼ $8500 plus 6% tax.
  • May, June, September, October ∼ $10500 plus 6% tax.
  • Valet service is included.
  • Grace Winery will provide up to 20 tables.
  • All events must end no later than 10:00 PM per local township ordinance.
  • Alcohol service must end ½ hour prior to event end time.
  • All guests must use a caterer from our exclusive catering list.

Corporate meeting space

The Barn at Grace winery is available for your corporate meeting, light years away from the steel and concrete of the city, offering a country setting and calm...perfect for your team’s needs.  Your productivity will soar with all the modern amenities and without the usual distractions.  The day is yours, so take the time and focus on what you need to accomplish. Catered lunch is available, and we can accomodate up to 16 guests.

Corporate retreat

Take your corporate meeting farther.  The fourteen tastefully–appointed guest rooms at Sweetwater Farm are a welcome respite from the everyday.

After your necessary meetings, enjoy the grounds with all its team bonding options: a nine–hole disc golf course, horseshoes, bocce, croquet and ample space for badminton or volleyball.  If your team needs calm and quiet, the pool and hammocks are perfect for lounging. Quiet reflection or rousing discourse over the day’s accomplishments can be had over a glass of wine on the back porch looking out over the vineyard and horse pastures. To round out your day, Sweetwater Farm and Grace Winery offer private catered dinners and wine tasting (coming soon!) in the vintner’s private reserve cellar in the winery.

We can accomodate up to 16 for meetings, 15 for lodging and 30 for dinner.

Private dinner

What better way to say “thank you” to a client or celebrate a family milestone than with a private dinner and wine tasting (coming soon!) in Grace Winery’s vintner’s private reserve cellar and winery hall. Dinner is served next to what was the kiln in our 1750’s malting barn and between the large steel tanks of the fermentation room and the rows of oak barrels in the barrel room. Work with any one of our exclusive caterers to create a spectacular meal in a unique setting. Available for up to 30 guests.

Intimate cocktail party

Enjoy Grace Winery’s vintner’s private reserve cellar, the winery hall, back patio and gardens tucked in Sweetwater Wood for a lovely evening of wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres under the stars. Work with one of our exclusive caterers to create a memorable evening. 30–50 guests.

Dinner party

The renovated barn and wine tasting room is a beautiful backdrop for your event.

Start with wine tasting (coming soon!) and cocktails in the wine tasting room that is dominated by a long bar topped with Valley Forge greystone straight from Independence Hall. Move on to dinner in the barn with its soaring ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking Sweetwater Wood. Work with any one of our exclusive caterers to design a menu to match your party whether it is a bridal shower, anniversary party or the annual gathering for your company. 30–50 guests.
